eCopy Desktop allows workers within an office to work more efficiently and faster with scanned documents as PDF files. It makes it easy to capture, edit and combine document scanning through an intuitive, secure and user-friendly interface.
eCopy Desktop includes a complete set of tools, including annotation, stamps and optical character recognition (OCR), to allow users to edit and distribute scanned documents.
Using eCopy Desktop, can also allow users to search for text within documents and network folders, protect private information, add bookmarks for simple navigation, sign documents electronically and integrate documents with their fax, e-mail and document management systems.
Whether handwritten, paper or electronic you can easily combine different document formats into a single, universal format.
“View All” allows you to browse a multi-page document and rearrange selected pages easier and faster than on paper.
