FCBS Remote support is a network support service used by our IT service team. It enables our IT support to remotely access customer’s computers through the Internet to troubleshoot problems, perform proactive maintenance and assist with user operations. It’s a secure, auditable gateway for our service teams to remotely monitor, access and repair products in use at customer sites.
