Follow Me Print

Follow me print is a security solution which is used to keep confidential/private documents private.

It works by intercepting documents printed from any PC and holds them until the user identifies themselves with their own personal pin code/fingerprints/swipe or proximity cards. It provides users with their individual credit level, print job status or access rights. This also helps to keep control of print costs.

It reduces time wasted in the workplace to walk to and from the MFP as you can send all jobs to be printed but all documents can be printed in bulk when entering personal pin code/fingerprints etc.

Simplify Print Solutions

Print Simplify solution really makes printing easy, secure and efficient.

Simplify print software solution allows you to store print jobs on a server until you are ready to retrieve them from any OSA (Open Systems Architecture) enabled MFP. Once you enter your username and password at the device, you can select the specific job you need and can delete any that you no longer require.
