Kayleigh Accounting Solution enables you to regain control of your MFP costs by tracking, recording and analysing all jobs, while reducing expenditure by controlling access to specific features such as colour and black & white copying, printing and scanning. Kayleigh has the ability to log all usage statistics to deploy the fastest and most capable MFPs in the area. With Kayleigh you can also set up a ‘user account’ which charges individuals/departments a appropriate fee for each job they complete on the MFP along with a credit limit and are all given a set balance which is credited to their Kayleigh accounts.
